The decision of the birthday dinner:

Encore: Dessert and Wine bar

= 1 cheese and fruit course
+ 3 dessert courses
* (all with a wine pairing)

This was a fantastic idea at the beginning; and still very delicious but oh man ...

Everyone felt like they had a case of the betes. (Diabetes for the not med oriented crew).
